Moss & Timber ships premium outdoor furniture across Canada. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping methods and timelines may vary by item and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.

Shipping Methods

Our products are shipped via:

  • Freight carriers

  • Specialized furniture delivery services

Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for large-item delivery (including adequate driveway access and clearance).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or confirmed separately prior to shipment.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, and

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos of the issue

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for claims or replacements.

Incorrect Address

Moss & Timber is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
